Version 1.62 Release Notes
Better Day Health™ version 1.62 was released on October 26, 2022. This release includes updates to improve functionality and overall experience, as well as bug fixes.
Improvements
- Added Ability To Search By 'To' And 'From' Field Values in Messaging -> Faxes -> Sent - 'Search' Field
- In All Medication Grids, Medications Will Be Sorted By The Most Recent Start Date First
- 'Manual Order Cancellation' Modal Added
- The Total Time (TT) Counter Has Been Added Back To Appointment Grid and Calendar Views
- SA -> Logs -> Audit - Logs Will Now Be Displayed In The Time Zone of The Logged-In Clinic

Improvements
1. Added Ability To Search By 'To' And 'From' Field Values in Messaging -> Faxes -> Sent - 'Search' Field
- The users can search by:
- Information in the 'To' field: either the number or the provider/organization name
- Information in the 'From' field: the number that the fax was sent from
- The Subject Field
2. In All Medications Grids, Medications Will Be Sorted By The Most Recent Start Date First
- In all medication grids, the display order will now display medications from the most recent start date at the top to the oldest start date towards the bottom, followed by medications with NO start date at the end of the list
3. 'Manual Order Cancellation' Modal Added
- If a pharmacy does not offer the ability to cancel a prescription medication electronically, when the user clicks 'Cancel Order' the system will display the 'Manual Order Cancellation' modal.
- This modal will display a message to the user that they will need to call the pharmacy and manually cancel the prescription. It will also provide a space to enter a note about why this medication was cancelled (this note is only for internal purposes).
- Upon clicking 'Cancel Order' in the Manual Order Cancellation modal, the prescription will be set as 'Invalid' and the status will be set as 'Cancelled By Phone'.
- If a note was entered, this will display with the Details of the Prescription Status
- Details of the Prescription or the Prescription Activity Log can be found by clicking the 'More Info" link in the Prescription Status Column
- Again, this is for internal purposes only, the note is not sent to the pharmacy
- If a note was entered, this will display with the Details of the Prescription Status

- If desired, Super Admin users can see which pharmacies offer the ability to electronically cancel a prescription by going to Super Admin -> Right Side Menu -> E-Prescribing -> Organizations:
- Set Organization Type Filter to 'Pharmacy' and set Service Level filter to 'Cancel' then click 'Filter' button
- Alternatively, in the same location the SA user can search for the desired pharmacy to see which services that specific pharmacy offers
- Set Organization Type Filter to 'Pharmacy' and set Service Level filter to 'Cancel' then click 'Filter' button
4. The Total Time (TT) Counter Has Been Added Back To Appointment Grid and Calendar Views
5. SA -> Logs -> Audit - Logs Will Now Be Displayed In The Time Zone of The Logged-In Clinic
- The Audit Logs will now display in the same time zone as the clinic which the user is logged into
Bug Fixes
1. Fixed Issues with Provider Dashboard / Documentation - Not Finalized Appts Queue
- Changes Made:
- Appointments with appointment status of 'Other' will not be displayed in Provider Dashboard -> Not Finalized Appointments queue and Providers -> Documentation -> Not Finalized appointments grid
- Appointments with status 'Needs To Be Rescheduled' will not be displayed in Providers -> Documentation -> Not Finalized appointments grid
- Only appointments with an appointment date that is within 1 year of today's date will display in the Provider Dashboard -> Not Finalized Appointments queue
2. Fixed Issue Where 'Remove' Button Was Not Working In Messaging -> Direct Messaging -> Select Item -> Remove
