Version 1.52 Release Notes

Better Day Health™ version 1.52 is projected to be released May 11, 2022. This release includes updates to improve functionality and overall experience. 

Notable Improvements

  1. LINKS Vaccine Integration Logic Improved
  2. "No Pertinent Past Medical History" displayed in NobleDoc when selected
  3. Physical Exam 'Additional Notes' now displayed in Appointment Rev & Finalize Summary window
  4. Improved the functionality of the "Set Current Time" checkbox

Notable Bug fixes

  1. Fixed Date Filters in the 'Go to My Notifications' Grid
  2. Fixed a Document routing issue in provider's person documents queue
  3. Fixed an issue with canceling appointments created by selecting consecutive time slots
  4. Fixed imaging order validation during appt finalization
  5. Fixed the issue where 'Preliminary Report' text was attached to Encounter Documentation incorrectly
  6. Fixed the issue where 'Preliminary Report' text was appearing in the change log of finalized appointments

Notable Improvements

  1. LINKS Vaccine Integration Logic Improved

    • In N&S/Provider & MR -> Vaccination: You will now see a grid for Vaccination History and Recommended Vaccines:
      • Recommended Vaccines - Displays all vaccines listed in the LINKS 'Vaccination Forecast' grid
      • Vaccination History - Displays the vaccines that have been administered along with the date that each vaccine was administered

  2. "No Pertinent Past Medical History" displayed in NobleDoc when selected

    • When a patient has the "No Pertinent Past Medical History" checkbox selected in their chart, this information will now be displayed in the NobleDoc -> Past Medical History Grid

  3. Physical Exam 'Additional Notes' now displayed in Appointment Rev & Finalize Summary window

    • A column for Physical Exam 'Additional Notes' was added to the Physical Exam grid in the Appointment Rev & Finalize Summary window

  4. Improved the functionality of the "Set Current Time" checkbox

    • Improved the functionality of the "Set Current Time" checkbox to allow the user to set the 'Time From' and 'Time To' fields as well as use the 'Set Current Time' functionality previously released. This will limit the calendar to the selected time range while also navigating the user to the current time on the calendar by default.

Notable Bug Fixes

  1. Fixed Date Filters in the 'Go to My Notifications' Grid

    • Fixed an issue with the Date Filters in the 'Go to My Notifications' Grid that was preventing the system from displaying today's date when the [Today] button was clicked in the Date From and Date to filters

  2. Fixed a Document routing issue in provider's person documents queue

    • Fixed the issue where Documents were remaining in the provider's person documents queue after routing to a different signer

  3. Fixed an issue with canceling appointments created by selecting consecutive time slots

    • Fixed an issue where appointments that were created by selecting consecutive time slots were not leaving the original/separate time slots after the scheduled appointment was canceled/no showed

  4. Fixed imaging order validation during appt finalization

  5. Fixed the issue where 'Preliminary Report' text was attached to Encounter Documentation incorrectly

    • Fixed the issue where 'Preliminary Report' text was attached to Encounter Documentation when it was sent to other providers via the Finalization Service screen when finalizing an appointment 

  6. 'Preliminary Report' text appearing in the change log of finalized appointments

    • Fixed the issue where 'Preliminary Report' text was appearing in the change log of finalized appointments
