Make Invalid Tobacco Use Item Valid

From the Hx & Symptoms tab in an encounter, Social History, Tobacco -

  1. Click the hide/reveal arrow if necessary, and check the Show Invalid Items box.
  2. Click anywhere on the line of the record that you want to edit.



  3. Edit all necessary and pertinent information.
  4. Check the Is Valid box so that the record will be seen, and click Save.


 A warning message appears prompting confirmation to save data. 

  1. Select the Check Box next to the record to be confirmed and click Confirm to save.



  2. Deselect the Show Invalid Items box.
