Edit Symptom Window--Provider

  1. From the Hx & Symptoms tab, Symptoms heading, click on a symptom.

  1. The Symptom Modifiers Window opens, where selecting here, will open the Edit Symptom Window.

  1. The check box opens a search field. Begin typing in the field and make your selection from the dropdown list.
  2. Enter pertinent data in all fields and click Save.
