Most Common Symptom Search Box--Provider

1. From the Hx & Symptoms tab, Symptoms heading, select New.
   
   
   
   
2. Select a boxor use the Search for Symptomsfield.
3. Begin typing a search term in the field.
4. Select it from the dropdown list that populates as you type.

Note: Be sure to select it from the list that populates as you type, thus connecting it with other BDH areas.

5. Click Add, which moves the symptom below the search box and allows for additional searches.

    Click Save when done.
