The Set Current Time Checkbox is located in the Front Desk, Nurse & Support, and Provider Modules.
It can be used in both Calendar and Grid views with slightly differing looks.
Grid View
To view search results that are Limited by the Filter Fields AND that appear AFTER the local, current time of day:
- Make the desired filter field selections.
- Check the Set Current Time Checkbox.
- Click the Filter Button.
Save your filter for this view each time you return to Front Desk Module. As with all filters you must save the "Grid View" and the "Calendar View" separately.
Calendar View
To view search results that are Limited by the Filter Fields AND that appear AFTER the local, current time of day: (See NOTE below)
- Make the desired filter field selections.
- Check the Set Current Time Checkbox.
- Click the Filter Button. – When the filter process is complete only the appointments whose start times are after the current time of day will appear. (See NOTE below)
- Select only the Provider(s) whose appointments you want to view.
- Select the Calendar View by Day, Week or Month.
NOTE: Upon filter completion, the landing point is the Current local time, however, the appointment window may be scrolled, in both directions, Past and Future
