- Custom Order Sets are Created in Super Admin: See knowledge base related article "Creating Custom Lab Order Sets"
- Multi-Lab Order/Custom Lab Order Sets can be located in:
- Patient Dashboard --> Quick Add --> New Order --> Labs
- Patient Dashboard --> Right Side Menu (RSM) --> Medical Record -->Labs --> Order lab
- Patient Appointment --> Treatment Plan --> New Labs
- Document Skeleton --> New/Edit --> Lab --> Create/Edit Lab Order
- From any of the above locations (Labs, Order lab, New Labs) in "Create Lab Order"
- Select "Integrated" or "Non-Integrated" Lab

- For Integrated labs --> Select correct laboratory

- For both Integrated and Non-Integrated labs, existing custom order sets will populate left side "Custom Sets/Preferred Tests" --> Select your test/tests

- Selected tests will populate the grid below. Verify, and add or remove tests as needed.
- Search and add new laboratory tests
- Selected tests will populate the grid below. Verify, and add or remove tests as needed.

- Select and remove as needed.

- Select existing, or add new, diagnoses and associate with correct laboratory test/s.

- If your custom order set does not exist, search and "Add" multiple lab tests/diagnoses as needed.
