The term “Person” refers to patients, clinic staff and providers. All information for both Persons and Patients is contained in this clinic’s singular database.

From any screen in the Better Day Health software, use the Person Search tool.
2. Search person’s name.
Persons who have similar names may bring up the Person Search window.
3. Click on the correct Person name.
From the Patient Dashboard
4. Click on the Side Menu tab.
5. Click on Person Details.
From the Person Details window
6. Click the Edit button.
From the Edit Person Details window:
7. Click in the appropriate field and ADD/EDIT information.
8. Click Save.
