In the Front Desk module the calendar can be displayed in either the Calendar View or in the Grid View. To switch between the 2 views click either the ‘View Calendar’ or ‘View Grid’ button.
Calendar View
This view displays booked appointments, available time slots and their appointment types using a daily, weekly, or monthly calendar. It is typically used to book and reschedule appointments.
Grid View
This view displays filtered appointments in a grid form which lists more details about the patient and the appointment. It is typically used to track patients during their visit.
