Once the patient has completed registration, (pre-check in) they may access the Patient Portal where they can find a number of useful tools.
The patient may access the Patient Portal through the Register Here link in the email that was sent to them.
When the patient signs in, they are brought to their Home Page where they may:
1. Edit their Profile information
2. Send/receive messages to and from staff
3. Review, download and print Documents
4. Review and edit Current Medications
5. Review Upcoming Appointments and Cancel if necessary
