To recover a forgotten password using the login page:
Either a patient or a staff member can create a new password using the login page. First, navigate to the clinic's login page.
Click on Password Recovery to the bottom left of the login panel.
Enter the account Username and select where the recovery link should be sent (e-mail or text message). Verify 'I am not a robot' by checking the corresponding box. Then click 'Recover'.
A message with a recovery link will be sent to the user via email or text.
Click the link to open the password recovery page. Enter and verify the new password. When done, click 'Change Password.'
The user can now login to their account using their new password.
To recover a forgotten password using the Front Desk resources:
A temporary password can be generated for a new patient by the Front Desk staff.
- In the Edit Appointment window, Person Info work area, find the username of the patient.
- Below the username, check the Reset Password window.
- Hit Save. This opens a modal window with a temporary password and will send an email to the patient with the temporary password and a link to reset.
NOTE: The Reset Password checkbox can also be found in the Patient Dashboard window.
