Welcome to the Better Day Health Nurse & Support User training course!
This course is designed to give you an introduction to the tools you'll be using in the BDH software and a feel for the navigation experience. If you have a question that you don't see an answer for in the training materials, don't worry--you can find detailed "how to" explanations in the hundreds of articles available in our Knowledge Base.
The lessons in this section are designed to build on each other to move you along and get you familiar with the software quickly, so we suggest going through each section in order for the best experience. At the end of each lesson you'll see a <Go to...> link that will take you to the next lesson. Notice that in the left-hand column of this page there is also a list of articles that allows you to return to previous lessons or jump ahead to others. (If the column is not visible, try expanding the window.)
NOTE: The Better Day Health software is optimized to Google Chrome. Always use the Chrome browser when using the Better Day Health software!
