From the Nurse & Support module, select the History and Symptoms tab in patient chart.

Scroll down to Symptoms and click New.

Select from Most Common Symptom list if possible, or

Begin typing symptom name in the Search for Symptoms field and select from dropdown.

Click Add.

Click Save.
