Open the patient’s chart by starting an encounter from the appointment list or choosing a past visit from the patient’s Dashboard.

In the Vital Signs area, scroll to the grid. (NOTE: be sure the Filter Bar is open by clicking the Hide/Reveal arrow to the Reveal position.) Check the Show Invalid Items box and click Filter.

Check the box of the invalidated Vital Signs record (indicated with red lettering) and left click on the record. This opens the Edit Vital Signs popup window.

Check the Is Valid box and click Save.
