Review of Systems List--Add or Remove a Record

Updated

  1. From the Nurse and Support module, Review of Systems tab, add a record by clicking New.

  2. Check the box of the item that you want to add.

  3. Click Save.

    Note: The record has now been added to the patient’s Review of Systems.

  4. To Remove a record from the Review of Systems, check its box and click Remove. The record is now removed.
