Show or Hide a Drug Allergy in the Online Patient Registration Form in Dictionaries (Super Admin)

  1. From the Super Admin module (tab), open the Right Side Menu and select Dictionaries.

  2. Select Patient Facing Custom Drug Allergy.

  3. Left click on any drug that you wish to add or remove from the online registration form. Antibiotics is selected for this example.

    This opens the Edit Patient Facing Custom Drug Allergy window.

  4. If you wish to add a specific medication, start typing the name of the particular antibiotic (for example) medication and select it from the dropdown list.

  5. Click Add. (You may continue to add multiple medications in this way.)

  6. Check Display in Registration box.

  7. Click Save.

To hide a drug from the patient registration form, simply uncheck the Display in Registration box and click Save.
