Show or Hide Other Allergies in the Online Patient Registration Form in Dictionaries (Super Admin)

Updated

  1. From the Super Admin module (tab), open the Right Side Menu and select Dictionaries.

  2. Select Other Allergies.

  3. Left click on any substance that you wish to show or hide (add or remove) from the registration form. Acid perming solution is selected for this example.

    This opens the Edit Other Allergy window.

  4. Check the Display in Registration box. If you wish for this allergy to appear in the Common Allergies section of the online registration form, check that box, as well.

  5. Click Save.

    To hide a substance from the online patient registration form, simply uncheck the Display in Registration box.
