Show or Hide a Family Disease in the Online Patient Registration Form in Dictionaries (Super Admin)

Updated

  1. From the Super Admin module (tab), open the Right Side Menu and select Dictionaries.

  2. Select Patient Facing Problems.

  3. Open the filter search box by clicking on the arrow.

  4. For this example we enter Cancer in the filter field and click Filter.

  5. For this example we left click on Bladder Cancer.

    This opens the Edit Patient Facing Problem window.

  6. Check the Display in Registration box.

  7. Click the dropdown arrow to select the Family History Disease Category.

  8. Select Cancer and click Save.

    To hide or remove a disease from the online patient registration form, uncheck the Display in Registration box in the Edit Patient Facing Problem window and click Save.
