Once any patient has been entered into the Better Day system, they can never really be deleted, but they can be removed from sight; this is called making them Invalid. They may be brought back into view by making them Valid. This can only be done from the Administration tab.
Instructions

From the Administration tab Clinic Users screen, click the arrow to reveal the search filters.

Click the Show Invalid Items checkbox.

Use the filters to find the Invalid patient that you want to make Valid.

Left click on the line containing the name.

Enter the Valid From date.

Enter the Valid To date.
If the patient is returning to your clinic for an indefinite period of time, you may highlight and delete the Valid To and Valid From date fields. -
Click Save to finish.
