From Administration tab (module), click right side Menu.

Click Clinic Users.

Click Scheduling.

Click Templates.
-
Click New.
-
Enter Template Name*.

Select Weekly (as appropriate) in Repeat Rules*.

Select Repeat every* 1 week(s) (as appropriate).

Select Workplaces.
-
On* -- select applicable days of the week (e.g., Mon-Fri).

Select Time of day to start first appointment (e.g., 08:00 am).

Enter the time of day you want the last patient appointment to end (e.g., 05:00 pm).

Enter Time per Patient (e.g., “15 min”). The number of time slots is automatically calculated.

Click Add.

To add a second column of appointments, allowing for double booking, Click Add again.
Note below: a second column of appointment slots appears.
All of the appointment slots are now labeled as No Type. To change from No Type to a specific type, do the following. -
Check the boxes of the appointments you wish to change.

From the Appointment Type drop down window, select a type (e.g., Follow Up) and subtype, if applicable.

Click Apply and then DESELECT all checked boxes so other changes you wish to make will not affect those appointment slots.
To create a break in the day where no appointments are available for booking, do the following.

Check the boxes of the appointments you wish to make unavailable.

Click the delete icon (trash can). The appointments are removed.

Click the Save Template button when you have the schedule as you want it.
