Super Admin > Dictionaries > Workplace ICD-10 Favorites
In the SA module go to the Right Side Menu (RSM) and select Dictionaries.
Find and click the dictionary labeled ‘Workplace ICD-10 Favorites.’ Note: dictionaries are in alphabetical order.
This dictionary contains a list of Provider Workplaces for the organization. To edit a workplace’s ICD-10 Favorites, find and click on a workplace name. A Workplace Favorites popup will open displaying the ICD-10 Favorites Tree. ICD-10 code Favorites are organized by Category. By clicking the arrows next to each Category you can collapse and expand the list of ICD-10 Favorites. This Tree is how a Provider will view and select their ICD-10 Favorites during a Patient Encounter. The Categories, and Favorites within, can be arranged to best suit the Provider’s needs.
Adding a New Favorite
To add a new ICD-10 Code Favorite click the button labeled ‘New Favorite.’ A new popup will appear:

type in a Favorite’s Name. This is the name that will display for the provider.

search for and select the ICD-10 code you want. Note: if you do not know the code, you can search for keywords and click on the blue Search icon to quickly lookup the code.

select the proper Category for this ICD-10 favorite.
When the settings for the new favorite have been entered correctly click ‘Save.’ The new favorite will now appear on the tree under the associated Category at the bottom of the list.
Changing the Order of Tree Categories and Favorites
To change the order of a Category or a Favorite within a Category,

select the item by left clicking

click, hold and drag the item

release the mouse button at the desired location
When all changes and updates to the tree are complete click the button labeled ‘Save Tree.’
Adding and Removing a Category
To add a new Category to the Tree click on the button labeled ‘Categories’. The Add/Edit popup will appear. From here select ‘New,’ type in the name of the new Category, then click ‘Save.’ The new Category will appear in the list.
To remove a Category from the list, first select the item check box, then click the ‘Remove’ button.
When all changes to the Categories list have been made, click the ‘Close’ button to return to the ICD-10 Favorites dictionary.
