Click on the My Tasks button and click on Open Tasks.

Click on the task for which a patient is to be Notified upon completion.

From the Edit Task window, check the Notify When Complete box.

Click Patient.

Enter the patient’s name in the field.

Click Add.

Click Save and Close.
