Split Bilateral Exams into Left/Right--Provider

  1. An exam marked as “Left, Right, Bilateral" can be split into two side-specific exams by left clicking on either Left or Right.

This will split the exam form into two lines, Left and Right independently.

  1. The exam form may be rejoined by right clicking on Bilateral in either the Left or Right sides.
