Method 1

  1. Enter the code in the search bar and choose from the prepopulated list.
  2. Click Add to add it to the list.

  1. Begin typing a description and select from the prepopulated list.
  2. Click Add to add it to the list.

  1. Type a description of the diagnosis and click on the magnifying glass icon. This will open a new browser window.
