Version 2.12 Release Notes

Better Day Health™ version 2.12 is projected to be released on May 17, 2023. This release includes significant improvements to the functionality of the grids within NobleDoc as well as other updates and bug fixes to improve functionality and overall experience.

Improvements

1. NobleDoc Improvements:
   
   1. Added ability to Create, Remove, and Edit Items in NobleDoc's Treatment Plan, Visit Pertinent, and Hx & Symptoms Sections Without Leaving NobleDoc
   2. Added 'New Order' button to NobleDoc's Treatment Plan section
   3. Added 'Add Existing' button to NobleDoc's Visit Pertinent section
2. Full SSN now passed to BDH Billing before reducing it only 4 last digits
3. Imaging study report will be opened as Chart Note on BDH Billing side for Imaging Center Appointments
4. Current Confirmed medications appear in Patient Dashboard Recent Items grid
5. Dose and Frequency are filled in Medications grid after editing and approving ChangeRx request
6. Changed logic of when 'Don't Send To LINKS' checkbox should be selected by default for Vaccines
7. Removed 'New' button in Employers dictionary

Bug Fixes

1. Fixed issue when filter was not working correctly in Castings Queue
2. Fixed issue when it was not possible to save appointment after switching insurances places

Improvements

1. NobleDoc Improvements:

   1. Users now have the ability to Create New Items, Remove Items, and Edit Items in all of the grids within NobleDoc's Treatment Plan, Visit Pertinent, and Hx & Symptoms Sections Without Leaving NobleDoc

   2. Added 'New Order' button to NobleDoc's Treatment Plan section

      1. In the treatment plan section of NobleDoc, grids are not be displayed unless there is an existing order for that specific grid (for example: if an imaging order was not already created in the treatment plan tab or select in the verify document skeleton window before entering NobleDoc, then the New Imaging grid is not displayed in NobleDoc). The new 'New Order' button in the Treatment Plan section of NobleDoc gives Providers the ability to create treatment orders without leaving NobleDoc. 

   3. Added 'Add Existing' button to NobleDoc's Visit Pertinent section

      1. Providers now have the ability to add items from any of the Visit Pertinent Tab Grids without leaving NobleDoc

2. Full SSN now passed to BDH Billing before reducing it only 4 last digits

   1. the system has been updated so that the full social security number will pass from BDH Clinical to BDH Billing. Only the last 4 digits will remain in BDH Clinical 

3. Imaging study report will be opened as Chart Note on BDH Billing side for Imaging Center Appointments

4. Current Confirmed medications appear in Patient Dashboard Recent Items grid

   1. When medications are received from Surescripts, only medications which the patient is taking Currently and that are Confirmed by Staff will appear in the Patient Dashboard Recent Items Grid

6. Changed logic of when 'Don't Send To LINKS' checkbox should be selected by default for Vaccines

   1. When adding Vaccines to the Vaccination History Grid via Preventive Services -> Add to History button or via the Vaccination History Grid -> 'New' button, the 'Don't Send to LINKS' checkbox will be selected by default. 
   2. When adding Preventive Services with Vaccines to the Treatment Plan via the 'Add to Treatment Plan' Button button or via Document Skeletons, the 'Don't Send to LINKS' checkbox will be UNselected by default and will send Vaccination information to LINKS

7. Removed 'New' button in Employers dictionary
